PIXINET Announces Resignation of Lou Coschigano as President and CEO
Mr. Coschigano to Remain on PIXINET Board of Directors

Honolulu, Hawaii, November 1, 2001 - PIXINET today announced that Lou Coschigano has elected to resign as president and chief executive officer of PIXINET to pursue consultative services for new startup ventures in Hawaii. Mr. Coschigano will continue his leadership role as a member of PIXINET's Board of Directors.

Lou Coschigano joined PIXINET in 1996, as a pioneer in the early stages of the Internet. Since that time Mr. Coschigano has been instrumental in PIXINET's success and growth as Internet services progressed from dial-up access via standard phone lines up to 56Kbps, ISDN switched digital network access up to 128 Kbps, dedicated point to point high speed access from 56 Kbps to 10 Mbps, using T1, Frame relay, and high speed Ethernet, and then DSL high speed connectivity for businesses and residences.

"Lou has played an active role in PIXINET's daily operations for many years," said Stan Kubota, Chairman of PIXINET. "He has been a key part of our executive team, helping the company through periods of rapid growth and change. Effective November 1, 2001 Stan Kubota, Chairman of PIXINET, will become the company's President and CEO. Mr. Kubota was one of the original founders of the company in 1994 and plays a key role in the company's financial performance and the development of new products as the market continues to evolve.
